Based on my clinical experience, I’ve added Corydalis, Chinese salvia, and Peach seed to make an “extra-strength” version of the classical formula.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) indications: Blood Stagnation, Blood Deficiency, Spleen Qi Deficiency, Dampness. 

Directions: Take 5 grams 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve in warm water, take with or without food.
