Herbs like Chinese yam, Dong Quai, Epimedium, and Morinda provide the nourishing building blocks for your body to create hormones on its own, as needed. This approach helps your body to transition into menopause gracefully. Phellodendron, Anemarrhena, and Chinese amomum help clear Deficiency Heat to reduce hot flashes and night sweats. Ligustrum and Eclipta nourish Liver and Kidney Yin to promote strong and healthy hair, skin, and nails. Curculigo, Chinese yam, and Chinese peony support healthy libido and help relieve vaginal dryness.*

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) indications: Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency, Kidney Yang deficiency, Deficiency Heat. 

Directions: Take 5 grams 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve in warm water, take with or without food.
