Choose this option if you are on a Classical Pearls protocol or other standard formula protocol. Please complete the follow up form for evaluation along with your order. (link here) On most treatment plans, evaluation is recommended every 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive an email with recommendations for the next step in your treatment plan, based on your current symptoms and progress.
Sean reviews follow-up evaluation forms Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please have your order in by 12 pm MST on Mondays to have evaluation completed that week.
