Choose this option if you are on a Classical Pearls protocol or other standard formula protocol. Please complete the follow up form for evaluation along with your order. You can find it in your email or the patient portal. On most treatment plans, evaluation is recommended every 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive an email with recommendations for the next step in your treatment plan, based on your current symptoms and progress.
Sean reviews follow-up evaluation forms Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please have your order in by 12 pm MST on Mondays to have evaluation completed that week.
